Noblesville Residence

These clients arrived with something wonderfully personal: floor plans they had drawn themselves for the home they dreamed of building. One of them had studied architecture and never lost the passion for it, making this project a true collaboration from the start. We worked to preserve the spirit of their original ideas while refining the home’s architecture and creating an exterior they could be proud of. Designed as an intentional “empty-nester upsize,” the home gives them room to entertain and enjoy life, with a dramatic two-story volume dedicated to gathering spaces. Builder: Vondersaar Homes
