Pendleton Addition and Renovation

This thoughtful renovation and addition reimagines the home through a series of carefully considered spaces, including a sunken great room with a dramatic vaulted ceiling, a refined kitchen redesign, and a generous, spa-like primary suite addition. The design responds to the existing home’s architecture—working with its established adjacencies, rooflines, and chimneys to create a cohesive, layered result that feels both intentional and naturally connected to the original home.
