Woodland Residence

The homeowners purchased this late-1970s home with a vision to transform it into something that better suited the way they wanted to live. We completely reconfigured the existing spaces and added a new kitchen and flex room to the rear of the main level, along with a new primary bedroom upstairs. New windows, a welcoming porch, and an updated exterior complete the transformation, giving the home a fresh, cohesive character while making the most of what was already there.
